The directions for use are as follows: shampoo hair with Vigro Intensive Care For Her Shampoo, rinse, apply conditioner, massage into scalp and hair, leave on for two to three minutes, rinse with lukewarm water, towel dry hair, style as usual. For optimal results, use Vigro Intensive Care For Her Tonic along with the conditioner.
